Shipping Policy

At Glam Rugs we offer free shipping for all items shipped within the continental USA, regardless of size or price. Always.

 

Our philosophy is keeping things clear and simple for you so that you can spend less time tracking packages and more time selecting and enjoying a beautiful rug.

 

Here is how it works:

 

Placing your order / Order Confirmation:

  • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
  • As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  
  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to let you know.  
  • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Please note: If you are a Gmail user, check your promotions or spam folder, as sometimes our emails might end up there.

 

Shipping your order / Order Shipment:

  • If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. 
  • We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
  • If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@glamrugs.com . Please note: If you are a Gmail user, check your promotions or spam folder, as sometimes our emails might end up there.
  • Your tracking number is the best way to get real-time updates regarding the delivery status of your order.
  • We deliver to you in the US via FedEx, UPS, and First Class Priority Mail. Shipments are either small parcels or LTL based on the size of your purchased item. Occasionally certain rugs may require trucking.
  • Oversize rugs from Addison Rugs may be shipped and delivered via Pilot Freight Services. In such instances, please allow 24-48 hours from the shipment date for tracking information to be available on their website. Please also allow 48 hours from the shipment date for a Pilot Freight Services rep to contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment - you do not need to schedule an appointment but one is necessary to ensure you will be present at the time of delivery, given the size of the rug(s).
  • When purchasing a rug from the Dynamic Rugs collection, full rolls of 2.7 as well as 9x12 and larger rugs are required to ship via freight. White glove service is unavailable for Dynamic Rugs.

Shipping to Canada:

  • We at Glam Rugs offer free shipping for all items shipped within the continental USA.
  • Please note that shipping to Canada will entail a clearance at the border with additional duties and taxes to be paid by you as the customer directly to a broker. 
  • While we are not responsible for these additional costs or for the broker service arrangements, we want to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
  • If you do not have a broker for US goods yet, you can set up an account with Clearit ( we are not affiliated with them and we do not take any commissions for suggesting them). They have a simple, 3-step process with agents who will help you clear the rug and process duties and taxes.
  • Please also note that our delivery ETA is for the USA only. Our shipping department can not provide an ETA for Canada.
  • No returns for shipments to Canada.

COVID-19 Update: The global covid-19 pandemic has impacted most businesses, including some of our brands. We are in direct communication with them regarding the availability and shipment of items. Please follow the above guidelines but be aware that potential delivery delays could occur. We will be in direct communication with you regarding the status of your orders and you will be notified about any such updates in advance. Currently, we are pleased to announce that all our suppliers are operating and fulfilling orders. We are grateful to be supporting and partnering with US-based brands.
