Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy

Receiving your order

Damages:

  • Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. 
  • If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  
  • If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@glamrugs.com with the product title and a brief, clear description of the damage(s). We will send you instructions on how to return your item and exchange it for a new one or simply get a refund.

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    General Guidelines:

      • These guidelines apply to all purchased items regardless of the brand. Some brands have additional guidelines, which are listed below for your convenience.
      • Please refer to the general guidelines as well as the brand-specific guidelines based on the brand of your purchased item.
      • All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  
      • If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.
      • Rugs must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
      • No returns for shipments to Canada.

    Addison Rugs

     

    Return of Goods Guidelines:

      • Requests to return items must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

      

    Dynamic Rugs

     

    Return of Goods Guidelines:

    • Requests to return items must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum of $7.00, whichever is greater).
    • Rugs must come back in original condition and will be inspected before any credit is issued.
    • Discontinued, altered, cut, or customized orders are final and are not eligible for return.
    • Customer must prepay the freight for return merchandise.
    • Dye lot match is not guaranteed.

       

      Claims:

      • All claims and price adjustments must be made within 5 days of receipt of item(s).
      • There will be no labor reimbursements for any additional services paid.
      • Claims based on manufacturer defects or claims based on damages that occur during transit must have the return shipped per Dynamic Rugs shipping instructions.

            Kalaty Rugs

             

            Return of Goods Guidelines:

              • All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA#).
              • Returned rugs must be in original condition. Rugs must be returned within 30 days of purchase date for full credit of rug’s invoice amount. Customer is responsible for round-trip freight/shipping charges.
              • Rugs returned within 31-120 days of purchase date will be credited rug’s invoice amount minus 25% Restocking fee. Customer is responsible for round trip freight/shipping charges.
              • No returns accepted after 121 days past purchase date.
              • Call tags are not issued for rugs with a manufacturer’s defect. Upon notification to us, customer must ship rug back at own cost and mark defects clearly on the rug. If rug is deemed defective, customer will be issued credit on cost of the rug plus twice the invoiced freight amount.
              • If a rug is received damaged due to transit, same should be noted with carrier or rug should be refused, and we should be notified as soon as possible. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply for orders returned within 30 days. No returns after 30 days.

             

            Claims:

              • Claims for defects must be made in writing within ten days after receipt of the goods and before the goods have been converted or in any manner changed from their original condition.

              Return of Goods Guidelines:
